Implement installation targets and provide packaging

Acceptance Criteria

• Source-Build installation on a system should be possible
• Package-Build installation on ArchLinux system should be possible
• A easy to use start script for systemd (avm-motion-triggerd)

• PKGBUILD file for ArchLinux packaging
