[Common] Extracted (Bash)Compiler from InstallerCompiler and extraced ProcessHelper from AbstractStep.

Implemented the full stack for the Phing extension. All steps been wrapped and a example build-phing.xml is ready to use.

Fixed broken autoloading for extension classes after the container got cached. Updated dependencies.

Removed unused options from application. Polished version and namimg of the application. Enabled the extension architecture and moved PrepareLocal task to the resources/Task directory. Genereal code-cleanups.

Added default normalization for paths in configuration. General code-cleanup. Added command to dump the example configuration for the deployment application.

Fixed exclusion of .git directories without checking the runtime inputs. Fixed file extension to gz as default destination.

Added Archiver Implementation. To get a lightning fast (de)compression we use gzip as default. Its could be choose able, but its better to deploy faster on local environments.

Added a validation to all steps and to the ExecutionManager to do some error checking before the steps are runned.

Done some cleanups. Moved specific step configurations to the steps instead of the common StaticConfig.
