VimRC: Sourced php syntax out in favor for a bundle. BashRC: Added development function to generate a MAC address.

BashRC: Splitted the the rc-file to loadable components. Restructured the project. Rewritten readmes. VimRC: Added minimal/full mode wich can be set in the config file unter ~/.bashrc.d.

VimRC: added a link to the new powerline repository. Also added a known issues section to the readme.
